Background
The Chi Alliance is a global community that unites seekers, vetted practitioners, and conscious brands under one shared purpose: to connect, grow, and elevate together.
While they had a strong mission, their brand identity, digital presence, and content ecosystem weren’t yet aligned with their vision of being a modern catalyst for energy-work, personal transformation, and community empowerment.
Key Objectives
- Create a compelling visual identity and brand system that communicates alignment, transformation, and global connection.
- Develop a fresh website splash page to launch the brand publicly while the full site is built.
- Deliver a website design and development that supports their long-term platform launch and member ecosystem.
- Produce and manage ongoing social media content: graphics, videos, and posts each week, across all their channels, to build community, awareness and engagement.
Our Process
Discovery & Strategy
We began with deep brand discussions with The Chi Alliance leadership to clarify brand values, audience personas, content needs, and visual tone. We mapped the core offerings, community touch points, and content cadence for social media.
Brand Identity Development
- Developed a new logo that reflects waves of energy, community connection, and upward movement.
- Designed custom typography and iconography to support both print and digital content, aligned with the aesthetics of energy, flow, and transformation.
- Defined a color palette and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touch points—digital, print, video, and social.
Video Production
- Produced high-impact video content introducing The Chi Alliance, their mission, and their community platform. Videos were formatted for social and website usage.
Website Splash Page & Full Site Design
- Built a compelling splash page that launches immediately to showcase the new brand, capture early interest, and serve as a digital anchor while the full site is under development.
- Designed the architecture and UI/UX of the full website (still in development) with a focus on community, membership, event listings, and resource hubs.
Social Media Management & Content Production
- Established a weekly schedule for content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Produced custom graphics, short-form videos, and animated posts each week to build momentum, nurture the audience, and drive awareness of The Chi Alliance’s offerings.
- Managed scheduling, engagement tracking, and channel optimization to ensure consistent brand voice and growth.
Results
- The Chi Alliance now presents a cohesive, modern brand that resonates with their community of healers, seekers, and conscious brands.
- The splash page went live ahead of the full site launch and immediately improved brand visibility and interest.
